八号工坊和十号工坊,都是老白干的酿酒车间。它们一个是传统手艺车间,一个是现代化酿酒车间,走进这两间车间,浓浓的酒香味扑鼻而来,映入眼帘的就是酿酒车间的壮丽现象。气势澎湃的地缸群、热火朝天的酿酒质料、泥窖池条石窖发酵模型,还有酿酒师们各司其职,忙而有序的堆积润料、上甑蒸粮、摊晾加曲…站在通道上,游客们不只能亲眼看到老白干的酒是怎么酿制出来的以外,还能够感觉到衡水老白干在用料方面的苛刻、酿酒工艺的精深与现代化的酿酒技能。对酿酒感兴趣的朋友,必定别错过。1915广场
